Semiconductor Related Products
The semiconductor related products business is one of the core businesses of the company. Since the Company led the semiconductor industry by providing the first domestically produced 1.5 wafer cassettes in the 1970s, it has continued to meet the needs of the times as the Japanese semiconductor manufacturing industry has undergone growth at a remarkable rate. During that time, we have made a major contribution to improving the efficiency and yield of semiconductor manufacturing by contributing to the promotion of automation. We have consolidated the knowledge, data, and development capability nurtured over many years to not only produce wafer transport containers and in-process containers, but also recently to move to producing peripheral equipment, such as devices that open and close the containers.

A Fluid System is a total system for safely and properly transporting highly corrosive chemicals while maintaining their purity and Miraial’s Fluid System products are used for semiconductor related applications, in the chemical industry, in laboratories, and elsewhere. Typical products are fluoroplastic couplings, valves, and pumps that are used in plant piping products, industrial chemical filters, and medical laboratory products. Miraial has molded and processed electric resistor materials since its establishment and provides high-function plastic precision processing technology for a wide range of electronics fields. We have produced a wide range of electronic component and other products utilizing the characteristics of fluoroplastic and other high-function plastic in such fields as electronics, communications, test equipment, space, and aeronautics.
