We support the semiconductor industry with the precise processing technology of high-performance plastics to protect silicon wafers

The semiconductor-related products operation is one of our core businesses. Since we provided the first cassette for 1.5 inch wafers in the 1970s as a pioneer in the Japanese semiconductor industry, we have been meeting the needs of the rapidly evolving semiconductor industry. In doing so, we have made a significant contribution to improved yield and efficiency in semiconductor production by facilitating automation. In recent years, we have also been playing a role in peripheral equipment, including the apparatus to open and close containers in addition to wafer shipping boxes and in-process containers, calling on the knowledge, data and development capability we have been developing over many years.

Based on the concept of reuse and recycle and complying with SEMI (Semiconductor Equipment Materials International) standards, our product design focuses on the environment, resources and low prices. Users are able to replace the necessary parts, and make a choice between a manual and automatic door.

Our product line-up focuses on shipping boxes for 150mm and 200mm wafers. In particular, in our products for 200mm wafers, we provide three kinds of inner carriers (PP, PC, PBT), all of which are designed to have high functionality, compliant with SEMI standards.
